Photojournalism Project for Delt Airlines Los Angeles
Delta Airlines asked Ed to photograph a summer music and dance party, a promotional campaign titled “Block Party.” The event featured various bands, dancing, games, DJs, and dance loads of fun. Ed spent the better part of 10 hours capturing over 3000 images that characterized the event. Ed sent images on the fly for Delta's social media feed promoting the event, and the client was thrilled.
The work was exhausting but meaningful and delightful.
His skills as a photojournalist were put to good commercial usage, and his two decades working as a photojournalist paid off in spades. Delta Airlines, of course, loved the work.
